Submission Guidelines

Types of Submissions

Abstract

Applies to all authors for initial screening.
All accepted abstracts will be published in Book of Abstract (digital)

Full paper

Optional
The full paper will be reviewed. All accepted full papers (regardless of presentation type) will be published in Proceedings Book (digital)

Each submission is required to identify the relevant conference tracks as shown in Call for Papers.

Language

All submissions are in English. Please ensure that writing quality is up to standard English. Submissions may be rejected due to poor language presentation.

Formatting & Templates

Abstract

Abstracts must be written in English, single-spaced, and should not exceed 250 words (excluding keywords). Please ensure your abstract adheres strictly to the provided template format. Submissions exceeding the word limit may be returned to the author for new submission.

Full Paper

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished full papers that are not currently under review by any other conference or journal. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process and, if accepted, will be included in the conference proceedings.

Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentation guidelines
Oral presentations are required to be made using PowerPoint or PDF, which should be controlled by the speaker.
The oral presentation will be 12 min plus 3 min questions (15 mins total) in English. There will be warning signals for the end of your presentation. Please strictly follow the schedule.
All speakers are required to load and check the files before the presentation.
A PC-compatible computer and LCD projector will be provided.
Poster presentation guidelines
The poster must be in English, and the board size should not exceed 90 cm width x 120 cm height.
The content of the poster should cover title, introduction/background with brief context and research objectives, materials and methods, results, discussion and conclusions.
The organizer will provide accessories (like adhesive tape) for setting up the poster.
Poster presenters are expected to appear in front of their posters during their scheduled sessions.

Review Policy

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.

The conference operates a double-blind review process:

“Authors must remove their names, affiliations, and any identifying information from the manuscript before submission.”

Evaluation criteria include: “originality, technical quality, clarity of presentation, relevance to the conference themes, and significance of the results.”

Publication

Accepted full papers that are presented at the conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Selected high-quality papers may be invited to submit an extended and improved version to special issues of partner journals [to be announced].

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

The work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

All necessary permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material used.

All co-authors are aware of and agree with the submission.

The paper complies with standard academic integrity and plagiarism policies. Papers suspected of plagiarism or self-plagiarism may be rejected without review.
